Welcome to StayNest ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StayNest. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

StayNest provides an online platform that connects travelers with hotels, resorts, and accommodation providers. Our Services include:

• Hotel search and discovery functionality
• Real-time availability and pricing information
• Online booking and reservation management
• Secure payment processing
• Customer support and assistance
• Reviews and ratings system

We act as an intermediary between you and our hotel partners. We do not own, manage, or operate the properties listed on our platform.

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use our Services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services.
• Not post false, misleading, or deceptive content.

All bookings made through StayNest require payment either at the time of booking or upon arrival, depending on the hotel's policy. By making a booking, you agree to:

• Pay the total amount displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes and fees.
• Provide valid payment information for processing transactions.
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for the booking amount.
• Be responsible for any currency conversion fees or bank charges.

Our refund policy varies based on the hotel's cancellation policy. Generally:

• Free Cancellation: Bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before check-in are fully refundable.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No Refund: No-shows or cancellations on the day of check-in are non-refundable.
• Some special rates or promotions may have different cancellation policies.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

All content on the StayNest platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design, is the property of StayNest or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
• Use our trademarks or logos without authorization.
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our platform.

As a guest using our Services, you are responsible for:

• Reviewing and understanding the hotel's policies before booking.
• Providing valid identification and payment information at check-in.
• Respecting the property, staff, and other guests during your stay.
• Adhering to the hotel's house rules and regulations.
• Reporting any issues or complaints to the hotel management directly.

Booking confirmations are sent immediately after successful payment. Your booking details are shared with the hotel to secure your reservation. For any issues with your booking, please contact our support team within 24 hours.

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our Services or as required by law.

By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

StayNest is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
• Personal injury or property damage arising from your stay at a hotel.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in hotel listings.
• Service interruptions or technical issues.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Non-payment of booking fees.
• Abuse or harassment of staff or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. Any bookings made prior to termination will be honored in accordance with the hotel's policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about our policies and practices.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
